In order to make a reservation or send a query on this website, the user leaves his or her contact details and basic personal information (such as name and e-mail address, address, telephone number) necessary for the realization of the service. Accommodation reservation
When booking accommodation, user information is transferred to the external application PHOBS we use to organize and provide accommodation services. Payments are made at the reception unless the guest has requested a viral payment, either in advance or with the delay that we are required to approve for the first time, so it is done by bank transfer.

The hosting company Plus Hosting (DHH d.o.o.) can record all visits to sites located on their servers, and to provide certain information, including IP addresses, for providing services and providing protection from malicious intent. These data are available to them, or, in the case of filing (court case, abuse of application), they are forwarded to the competent authorities.

Accommodation reservation - Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract is a contractual obligation and, if you do not provide them, it may affect the performance of the contract or even disable it.

How long we keep your data:
Personal data is stored and processed for as long as is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer period of time for a particular purpose and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and us as the service provider.
